Breaking changes

• breaking Preserve POST authorization through login Guest POST to authorization endpoint lost body parameters (`client_id`, `redirect_uri`, `state`) before resuming, breaking the OAuth flow.
• breaking Synchronize camera media lifecycle Camera media ownership changes during device switches and unmounts were not synchronized, breaking recovery and E2EE republish.
• breaking Report the number of blocks changed, not a replacement count Replacement count incremented once per block regardless of matches inside, breaking both UI reporting and translation strings expecting two separate values.
